We've got some hard news to share, Jazz fans. Due to a series of unfortunate and unpredictable circumstances, we have made the painful decision to cancel The Fall Into Jazz Festival this year.
We wanted more than anything to bring joy into our community through Jazz music when we need it most, but at this time, we have to be realistic, responsible and pragmatic.
To preserve the quality and integrity of the Fall Into Jazz Festival and maintain the ability to host this event in the future, we've had to make a hard decision today.
We offer our sincere apologies for the inconvenience to the musicians, vendors, and Festival attendees who make this event so special. Thank you for being the heartbeat and lifeblood of this event. Thank you for your support, your smiles, your appreciation of Jazz music and those who have fought so hard to keep it here in Redding.
This isn't a goodbye for the Fall Into Jazz Festival. It's a "see you in a bit" instead.

About Us
Inspired by a mutual love of jazz and a strong desire to share their passion for musical education with the community, local musicians Greg Takemoto and Cleveland Bonéy, and their families, have created Fall into Jazz. This music, food, art, and vintage festival promises to harmonize hearts and bring our community together through a shared love of jazz.
On Saturday, October 25th , from 10:30 pm to 7:00 pm, at Redding's newest music venue Whistle Stop Park located in Downtown Redding, local musicians and vocalists will perform during this one-day, family-friendly festival.
"This community has a genuine love for music, and it hasn't seen such a diverse line up of Jazz musicians and vocalists in one place like this in quite a few years. It's time to rekindle that love - not just for lifelong jazz enthusiasts, but for those who are just getting to know the profound joy jazz music holds. Our hope is that Fall into Jazz will nurture a passion for jazz music in the next generation," says Cleveland Bonéy, Pianist and owner of Clevie B Good Music and co-owner of North State Music Lessons in Palo Cedro.
Fall into Jazz will also welcome local art, vintage vendors, local beer and wine offerings and food services. Offerings will include a mixture of handcrafted goods, vintage decor, fashion, and much more. Amidst the backdrop of the changing seasons and stellar jazz music, vendors will have plenty to offer to festival attendees. Come ready to enjoy music, food, and shopping with some of the North State's most talented creatives.
The Fall into Jazz Festival is partnering with local restaurants near Whistle Stop Park to offer discounts on to go orders that can be brought into the venue.

Redding Music School
Founded in 2018 by Saxophonist Greg Takemoto, Redding Music School offers music lessons for people of all ages. Currently the school offer lessons in Woodwinds, Brass, Piano, Strings, Guitar, Bass, Composition, Digital Audio Workstations and Voice. We offer the highest quality classes in Jazz, Classical, Rock, Music Theory, and Composition.
Redding Music School is proud to be able to help organize Fall into Jazz music festival and to share its love of music with the community which it serves.
Clevie B Good Music Studios
Founded in 2010 as a small piano studio for lessons in the Music Max Store in Palo Cedro, Pianist Cleveland Boney built this studio with the goal in mind of teaching and eventually recording studio projects. As a classically trained pianist and organist, Cleveland Boney began to play his instrument when he was only 4 years of age. With over 40 years of keyboard experience and 13 years of classical training, he has shared his gift and talent in the form of teaching for over 20 years. He offers Music Theory, private Classical and Jazz piano lessons, Music Composition, and Music Production with a full functioning music studio for his students to gain hands on training.
The Fall into Jazz Festival is about community and the shared love of music and Clevie B Good Music Studios is proud to be the co-founder and organizer of this event.
